How to use white sage
This bunch of smudge herbs have white sage as a base, combined with flowers. The scent of white sage is strong, while the flowers lighten and brighten the aroma. According to the ancient traditions of the Indians, for smudging, you need the four elements: earth, water, wind (air) and fire. The herbs represent the element of land, a large shell of the water component, the combustion is the fire, and the smoke is the element "air". You proceed as follows with smudging:
- Open as many windows and doors as possible
- Place the Good vibes sage stick on a shell or dish
- Light the smudging stick until you see a flame.
- Blow out the flame so that the herbs smoulder.
- Spread the smoke from the herbs carefully, for example, with a death
